晨征光电采用先进的温度梯度技术(TGT)生长Ti:Sapphire(Ti3+:Al2O3),是染料激光器的理想替代品。钛蓝宝石利用BBO等非直瞄晶体在超薄介质中产生谐波,可以产生10fs以下超快脉冲的紫外和DUV激光源。
